Class Policies:
1. If you are a new family and withdraw from class before the session starts you are entitled to a full refund minus the $15.00 non refundable registration fee.
2. For returning families that withdraw before the session begins, class credit will be determined by the Director's discretion.
3. If a family withdraws from class after the first class it will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee, and class credit, determined by the director will be issued to be used within one calendar year.
4. If after three weeks a family withdraws it will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee and partial class credit will be issued with a class credit voucher to be used within one calendar year.
5. If after four weeks a family withdraws no refunds or credits will be issued. If you have extenuating circumstances, please feel free to contact us.
6. In order to receive a class confirmation, full tuition must be received before the start of current session. Please keep in mind we no longer accept payment on the first day of class. If you have extenuating circumstances, please feel free to contact us.
7. Only 2 make-up classes are allowed per session, to be scheduled by the parent through our office within the same session.
8. To use class credit vouchers: Call the director, have the voucher number available to find out your cost for the upcoming session.
9. Any opened audio materials are not returnable.
