Patricia Pontón Azar
Director, Teacher
Patricia became a registered Music Together teacher in 1999 in Santa Cruz, California and has lead many joyful circles of family music ever since. She adores igniting the spark of love for music in the children -with the grown ups’ crucial help- through varied experiences in class together. Patricia has a B.A. in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania and enjoys playing the harmonica, the piano and the autoharp. She comes from a family of singers, actors and musicians and has performed professionally mainly as a dancer, actress and voice over talent. She loves to play and make music with the babies, the little children, the older children AND the grown ups’ inner children! Her message: “Join the Music Together Community, your whole family will love it!”
Patricia is also available to bring lively music-making entertainment to your next birthday party or family reunion, please contact her directly at <trueme65@hotmail.com> for details.

Anna Simons
Teacher
Anna obtained her Music Together training in the summer of 2006 and brings you not only her deep joy and high enthusiasm for teaching young children and music, but also a rich background from her Performing Arts High School degree and her Bachelor & Masters degrees in Early Childhood & Elementary Education from Temple University. Anna’s experience as a Kindergarten teacher for over 12 years is another great factor she brings into the mix. Anna was the first one in her family born in the USA, was raised right here in Philadelphia and she cherishes the legacy of her paternal grandmother’s background as an Opera singer. Currently, she likes to play the recorder and the guitar. Anna is delighted to share the sense of peace she feels making music with the Magical Music Together families. We are very proud of the fact that she has become Director of her own center, Enchanted Music Together, and we love working and growing together!
